At Si’st Sipu, we take great care in creating high-quality, small-batch wellness products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Our products are:

• Personal care and wellness items
• Made in small batches
• Not able to be restocked or resold once they leave our hands

For these reasons, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sistsipu@outlook.com. Include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item(s)
• A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and work with you to make it right where possible.
